Support Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated support engineer with 2+ years of technical experience managing and supporting Microsoft Windows environments.

Successful support engineers will utilize their technical experience and strong communication skills to support AppAssure's customers with product installations and configurations.  In this position you will be responsible for supporting pre- and post-sales customers, performing phone demonstrations, and working with sales executives on an account by account basis.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years supporting or administering Microsoft Windows environments.
Microsoft Exchange administration experience (MCP, MCSE certifications a plus).
Outstanding Windows software technical skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
Energetic, upbeat team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
