Anthony H. Rickert

Tony has been a business lawyer with DLA Piper for more than 25 years.  He focuses his practice in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, commercial transactions, and the general representation of emerging businesses.  He is co-chair of the firms' Private Equity Practice Group.

Tony received his law degree in 1981 from Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, and a B.A. in Economics in 1977 from the University of Maryland, cum laude.
