Career Path:
The goal for most Inside Sales Reps is to be promoted within the sales organization into a Sales Manager position. Generally it will take around 8-12 months to be promoted into this role. Once you demonstrate a high level of expertise in the responsibilities of the position as well as the leadership qualities that are necessary in this role, you will be promoted into a Regional Manager position. Once in a Regional Manager role, you will generally be leading a team of up to five (5) sales professionals. This is a great and rare opportunity found in very few companies!
