Dell AppAssure Software is seeking a high energy, Director of OEM/MSP/Cloud Sales to join our winning sales team. Dell AppAssure is a rapidly growing tech firm that has doubled new business revenue over the past year. We’re expanding our team to meet the ongoing demand for our mission critical backup and disaster recovery software. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of OEM/MSP/Cloud sales experience.
The primary responsibilities for an Dell AppAssure Director of OEM/MSP/Cloud Sales are managing of team of highly motivated channel account managers and SE’s, focusing the team to continually upgrade and grow our partner community, prioritizing our efforts to achieve our short and long-term revenue objectives and developing resellers, VARs, distributors and consulting organizations that are proactive in securing business. The Director of Channel Sales is expected to:
Generate consistent repeatable business and new business from partners
Drive their team to meet all objectives and metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Develop partners that fit the market segments that Dell AppAssure is focused on dominating.
Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to manage and track all activities generated by their team.
Coordinate with other departments within Dell AppAssure to ensure partner success
Meet established monthly & quarterly sales revenue quotas.

Job Requirements:
Ten years of channel experience focused on generating new partners and their development
Significant experience managing channel teams preferably in the software sector
Evidence of exceptional verbal & written communication skills
